Define Ungas: (adj.) an insult directed to people who makes blunders often.
Other words would be Tanga, Bobo, Gago, and... Dumb Ass.

Cop: Sir gabi na po, nag mamaneho kayo na nakapatay yung headlights niyo.
Man: Pasensha na po, d ko napansin madilim na pala...
Cop: Eh kung hindi ka ba naman pala isa't kalahating ungas eh... akin na lisensha mo.

Winnie is asking Congressman Mikey Arroyo about the anomalies found in his SALN (Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Net Worth) regarding the $1.32 million (P63.7-million) residential house in the United States.

It's just crazy how a person would rise from a net worth of P5 million to P76.9 million in a matter of 3 years and blows up to P99 million in the next three years.

Watch the Congressman's face as he tries to explain himself to the hosts and see how uncomfortable he's feeling as he bursts out in awkward laughter and unconscious finger twiddles.
